Why Sucharia exists
Most small and growing businesses in India already run on technology. Orders arrive on WhatsApp. Payments come in over UPI. Stock lives in a spreadsheet. Bills sit in an accounting export. The business works — but every step depends on someone remembering, typing, or chasing.
Enterprise software is priced and shaped for a different kind of company. Generic templates don’t fit how a real shop, clinic, or distributor actually operates. Suchariawas started to fill that gap: software and AI sized for an MSME, built around the way it already works, and honest about when it isn’t needed.
Every solution on this site is live for a real client first. We productise what has proven itself, so the next business gets something tested — not an experiment.
What we believe

We start with what is slowing the business down. Sometimes the answer is software or AI. Sometimes it is a simpler process. We will tell you which.

The founder
Baljeetsingh Sucharia is a software engineer by training (MCA, university topper) who has spent over fifteen years building and shipping products — as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft, as Assistant Vice President at Tekdi Technologies leading nation-scale learning platforms, and in academia at Marwadi University.
Alongside client work he has founded and run his own products, including LifeSecret.co and CosmikCodes9 — which is why two of the solutions on this site were proven on his own businesses before being offered to anyone else. He also mentors student and hackathon teams through to working, judged products.
Outside work he studies contemplative traditions, which shapes how the studio approaches technology: it should reduce noise in a business, not add to it.
