This page explains what information Sucharia collects through this website, why, and what we do (and don’t do) with it.

1. What we collect

When you submit our contact form or the quick lead-capture popup, we collect the name and email address you provide, and any message you write. That’s the only personal information this website actively collects — we don’t run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.

2. How we use it

We use what you submit only to respond to your inquiry — sending you a confirmation email, notifying our team internally, and following up (including on WhatsApp, if you continue the conversation there). We don’t use it for marketing you haven’t asked for, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Third parties we use

Contact form submissions are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider, solely to deliver the notification and confirmation emails described above. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that exchange is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not ours.

4. Data for active engagements

If you become a client, any additional information you share as part of a project (business details, credentials, content, etc.) is used solely to deliver that engagement, and is covered by the confidentiality terms of your specific agreement with us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client data only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver an engagement, or meet our own legal/accounting obligations, after which it’s deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us using the details below.
