Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 2026
We’d rather fix a problem than argue about a refund. This page covers the default rules; your specific written proposal or invoice can set different terms for a given engagement.
Custom development & consulting
Deposits and milestone payments cover work already scoped and, once a milestone is underway, generally aren’t refundable for time already spent. If we fail to deliver what was agreed in writing for a milestone, we’ll either fix it or refund the payment for that specific milestone — your call.
Managed (subscription) products
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it simply won’t renew for the next billing period. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within a period you’ve already paid for, in line with standard SaaS practice. If the product doesn’t match what was scoped at signup, tell us within 7 days of activation and we’ll fix it or refund that period in full.
One-time product licenses
Because a license delivers a working build and, often, source access, it’s non-refundable once delivered — except where what was delivered doesn’t match the scope confirmed in writing at purchase. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix the gap or refund the difference.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@sucharia.com with your invoice or order details and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
This policy is a default, not a guarantee of any specific outcome — Sucharia reviews refund requests case by case and will always tell you plainly where we land and why.
