The same booking engine as a coaching practice, in a clinic: a 16-service directory by category, provider profiles, patient testimonials and WhatsApp booking everywhere.
What was breaking
Patients had to call during clinic hours to ask what was offered and to book — which meant the phone rang while the chair was busy.
