Does this work with brands other than the one it was built for?+
Yes. The harvester reads article, colour, and MRP from any Shopify-based store. It has been tested across six real footwear brands. Adding a brand is a URL, not a custom integration.
Does this replace my accounting or billing software?+
No. It sits alongside it. You keep billing where it is. eJodee imports your outstanding-bills exports, runs the WhatsApp reminders and reconciliation on top, and your books stay put.
What happens when a dealer says "I've already paid"?+
That reply — button tap, typed message, reference number, or screenshot — becomes a formal payment claim. It queues for verification against the party's actual bills. Nothing depends on someone remembering a chat.
Can dealers browse the catalogue themselves, or is this just for internal use?+
